Scholarships at the PhD level
Deadline for submission of applications: March 31, 2010
Eligibility criteria:
Applicants must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident in Canada
Applicants must be studying in Canada at a Canadian University or College
Normally be enrolled in Nursing PhD, and if not (health related field) must provide a rationale for how their studies will promote advancement in nursing.
Please note that RNs doing thesis work are also eligible.
To apply:
1. Please complete the following documents using your computer. Forms completed by hand will not be considered:

Appendix "A"
Appendix "C" *
2. Please have three academic or work referees complete the Appendix "B": Referee appraisal. The Referees must complete the form, print it out for their signature and give it back to you in a sealed/signed envelope.
3. Before sending your application, please read and review very carefully the Checklist: it includes a list of supporting documents you must provide with your application.
4. Mail your package to CNF offices postmarked on or before March 31, 2010.
Please be advised that applicants will be informed of results by mid-June 2010.

* Please note that the Dr. Dorothy J. Kergin Scholarship at the PhD level is not available this year. Appendix C will be updated as soon as possible to reflect this change.
