Gail Donner RN, PhD is Professor Emerita and former Dean n the Lawrence S. Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing at the University of Toronto. Gail has had a long and varied career in clinical and administrative roles and is the recipient of a number of awards including the Order of Ontario, the Canadian Nurses Association Jeanne Mance Award, the YWCA Woman of Distinction and an honorary doctorate from Ryerson University.  Gail has been an active volunteer on many boards and committees, and has participated in a number of public policy initiatives in health and community care.
