Leurs efforts inlassables sont essentiels \u00e0 notre victoire dans cette lutte en mutation constante contre la COVID-19.<\/p><p>La Fondation des infirmi\u00e8res et infirmiers du Canada (FIIC) cr\u00e9e le\u00a0<strong>Fonds COVID-19 pour infirmi\u00e8res et infirmiers<\/strong>\u00a0pour\u00a0:<\/p><ul><li>Appuyer les infirmi\u00e8res et infirmiers AUJOURD\u2019HUI<\/li><li>Fournir un soutien en sant\u00e9 mentale aux infirmi\u00e8res et infirmiers durant la pand\u00e9mie de COVID-19<\/li><li>Procurer aux infirmi\u00e8res et infirmiers les donn\u00e9es probantes, les aptitudes et la formation voulues pour affronter la COVID-19 de fa\u00e7on plus s\u00fbre et plus rapide dans notre int\u00e9r\u00eat \u00e0 tous<\/li><li>D\u00e9finir et partager des pratiques exemplaires pour Fondation des infirmi\u00e8res et infirmiers du Canada (FIIC) et l\u2019Association des infirmi\u00e8res et infirmiers du Canada (AIIC) ont conjugu\u00e9 leurs efforts pour cr\u00e9er un r\u00e9seau d\u2019information et de liens sociaux pour les futurs infirmi\u00e8res et infirmiers auxiliaires autoris\u00e9s, infirmi\u00e8res et infirmiers autoris\u00e9s et infirmi\u00e8res et infirmiers psychiatriques autoris\u00e9s ou qui sont nouvellement dipl\u00f4m\u00e9s en transition vers leurs premiers r\u00f4les en pratique professionnelle.<\/p><p>\u00ab\u00a0Nous avons l\u2019occasion d\u2019encadrer les nouveaux praticiens durant l\u2019une des p\u00e9riodes les plus difficiles de l\u2019histoire moderne des soins de sant\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb, selon Mme\u00a0Duchscher, qui est la Les infirmi\u00e8res et infirmiers ressentant des effets physiques du port permanent de masques, la FIIC veille \u00e0 leur sant\u00e9 physique et psychologique en subventionnant cette \u00e9tude gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la contribution de NeoStrata \u00e0 son Fonds Covid-19 pour les infirmi\u00e8res et infirmiers.<\/p><p>\u00ab\u00a0La FIIC se r\u00e9jouit de financer des recherches susceptibles de r\u00e9duire les risques que courent les infirmi\u00e8res et infirmiers sur le front de la pand\u00e9mie au moment o\u00f9 il est plus important que jamais de veiller \u00e0 leur sant\u00e9 et \u00e0 leur protection\u00a0\u00bb, souligne Christine Rieck Buckley, directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la FIIC.<\/p><p>Vous \u00eates invit\u00e9s \u00e0 participer \u00e0 un bref sondage dans le cadre de l\u2019\u00e9tude sur l\u2019impact de l\u2019utilisation des EPI sur les professionnels de la sant\u00e9 canadiens.
