CNSA Environmental Stewardship Award

I have just completed my first year of the two-year Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN) program at Lawrence S. Bloomberg Faculty of Nursing, University of Toronto. My choice to become a Nurse stem from my passion for the science behind the human body and applying nursing skills towards helping individuals to peruse a healthy and happy life.

My previous accomplishments include obtaining an undergraduate degree in Biomedical Science with a minor in Psychology from the University of Ottawa and receiving several scholarships during my studies. As a Nursing Student, I am most proud of working as a Clinical Extern and being part of the healthcare team in my community providing support to the nursing team during the pandemic. I am also proud to be the recipient of the Canadian Nursing Students Association (CNSA) Environmental Stewardship Award as it will be a key source of motivation to continue my work in environmental advocacy.
