CeraVe Skincare Scholarships for Diversity and Equity

My name is Adeola Owolabi. I am the first child in a family of four kids. I am married with two kids and reside in Edmonton Alberta. I immigrated to Canada 3 years ago from Nigeria.  I am currently a nursing student at the University of Alberta. I chose nursing as a career because I have a passion for taking care of people and showing empathy. I believe nursing is a profession that would allow me to reach out to humanity in a way that helps me to fulfill my purpose of touching lives. I also love the diversity of the opportunities that the profession provides.

I am willing to make a difference in this profession by being empathetic towards my patients and their family members.
