Eleanor Jean Martin Award

My Masters-level studies help opening up my horizons and will enable me to contribute to nursing practice improvement. I have always been passionate about optimizing the skills of new nurses and sharing my knowledge and experience. This is why my practicum project mainly deals with the initial training of nurses. Also, the abilities I am developing through my studies will help me shape continuing education activities better suited to improve the care provided by nurses. I welcome this award as a breath of fresh air that will help me complete my Masters study project. Indeed, balancing work, family and studies with young children at home is a major challenge. This award will enable me to spend more time studying, thus adding to my knowledge.
