RBC Diversity in Nursing Fund Award

My name is Shingai Zireva and I am so grateful and truly honoured to be a recipient of the RBC Diversity award for the second year in a row. As an internationally educated nurse from Zimbabwe, this award will help me to pursue my dream of becoming a Registered Nurse in Canada.

I love nursing  because I have been able to touch the lives of so many individuals thereby making a difference. Nursing is filled with so many fulfilling and life changing experiences and that is why I will continue to pursue my goal and become an RN.

Thank you Canadian Nurses Foundation and RBC for this amazing award. It is a great feeling that I know that through this award selection CNF and RBC have recognised my abilities and capabilities. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
