RBC Diversity in Nursing Award
With the 2013 RBC Diversity in Nursing Fund for Internationally Educated Nurses I am able to enroll in the courses needed to complete my bridging program through the Registered Nurses Professional Developmental Centre making me a step closer to becoming a Registered Nurse in Canada.
Having completed my courses and passing my CRNE in the future, I will now be able to provide safe and effective care to my patients; I will become a better educator and advocate to my clients and the community. I can become a better leader and a better colleague. And after a few years I will hopefully be able to continue educating myself and gain enough experience to try achieving my goal on becoming a Nurse Practitioner.
