Sheena Simpkins is currently employed as a Nursing Instructor at the University of Lethbridge, and as a Registered Nurse at the Lethbridge Regional Hospital. Since graduating with a Bachelor of Nursing Degree from the University of Lethbridge in 2010, she has worked primarily in the areas of geriatric rehabilitation and clinical nursing education. Sheena is also currently pursuing a Master’s of Science in Nursing Degree from the University of Lethbridge. As a component of this degree, she is planning a thesis study that will explore nursing students’ and clinical instructors’ attitudes towards caring for older adults.
